We handle the decoys, blinds, calls, and scouting. Here's what to bring so your only job is shooting straight.

Licenses & Legal

Required before you hunt

  • North Dakota nonresident small game license
  • Federal Migratory Bird Stamp (Duck Stamp)
  • HIP registration (free, done with license)
  • Hunter safety certificate if born after 1961
  • Photo ID

Guns & Ammo

Bring your own

  • 12 or 20 gauge shotgun, plugged to 3 shells
  • Steel / non-toxic shot only (BB–#2 geese, #2–#4 ducks)
  • 3–4 boxes of shells per hunting day
  • Gun case for travel
  • Choke tubes (modified is money)

Clothing

Match the season you booked

  • Full camo — field patterns (browns/tans)
  • Waterproof insulated boots
  • Layers: base, mid, waterproof shell
  • Late season: heavy gloves, beanie, face cover, hand warmers
  • Early season: light camo, sunscreen, sunglasses
